7:30 pm: Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation - Laura7:30 pm: Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation - Laura – A slow-paced but deep practice blending slow flow yoga, moments of meditation and stillness, breath awareness, relaxation and rest. My aim is to help you find a sense of calmness and connection in our busy world, and tune-in to peace within. Join in-person at the studio (drop-in - no need to book) or email me for Zoom details: lauradandelionyoga@gmail.com. £10 per class and you can also use your Uckfield Yoga Studio class pass. |

7:30 pm: Hatha flow yoga - Shelly7:30 pm: Hatha flow yoga - Shelly – A friendly Hatha flow yoga class, where poses gently flow on to each other, building up strength & flexibility. This is a slightly longer class, so after building up strength and energy in our asana (poses), we have time to explore pranayama ( breathwork) and more restorative/quieter poses before a delicious nurturing savasana (relaxation). Through these practices we strengthen and open the body, find quiet within the mind and rebalance our energies. My focus is being present and connected to our self, finding joy and a sense of humour in our practice, and bringing these tools into our everyday. We all have an abundance of wisdom, beauty, and clarity within ourselves. All we need, we already have. By connecting to ourselves, we open the gateway within. 7:30 pm: Strong Hatha -Maria7:30 pm: Strong Hatha -Maria – I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, however the classes also have a 'Yin/Yang' feel to them. This class is suitable for beginners becoming intermediates. We tend to practice more advanced poses during the sessions, but the stronger asanas are fully guided and supported.
In these classes we explore different breathing techniques that help to support and align the body, especially during the postures and dynamic movement.
I have taught Yoga for almost 10 years; teaching has always brought me immense joy, especially when I see a student go from strength to strength.
You will not be charged for the first class.
