4th December 2021Breath-work is a growing modality in the well-being field and recognised scientifically as a powerful stress reduction tool.There are many different styles and pratises of breath-work. Some styles are used specifically in therapy to help release buried trauma and trapped emotions. There is breath-work to reduce stress and anxiety and to change poor breathing habits built up over a lifetime.
Breath-work is being used for PTSD, in the US military, to help with asthma, stuttering, singing, sports, and mental health.
I am a coach on Breath Hub App, the largest exclusive Breath App in the world, and my approach to breath-work is to educate people on the power of the breath to transform states of stress, depression and anxiety.
Many of the natural side effects that occur from breath-work include;
~ Increase energy and vitality
~ states of calm and bliss
~ better emotional management
~ increased happiness.
This taster session provides a basic journey into breathwork with some gentle movement to begin with, followed by a Q&A and tea. -

5th December 2021A new fortnightly class for children with ASD or special needs and their families.
At the class we will explore poses and connect with our breath. Most importantly we will introduce the children to meditation and relaxation and we will share some lovely exercises that calm the nervous system and help with self regulation.
The studio will be set up so that if a child doesn’t want to be in a group they can enjoy their own space and they are welcome to join the group at anytime. I’m also hoping the sessions will give the parents and carers a well deserved chance to rest, if only for a few minutes!
Sessions are £6 per person.
