Beginners' Yoga and Movement - Steven

A gentle, friendly class suitable for absolute beginners. Each session includes a mix of classic Hatha Yoga asana (yoga postures) and movement practices, with a focus on mindfully exploring and improving mobility, balance and strength for a healthy and happy body.
Classes also include simple meditation, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and close with a nourishing relaxation practice.
