Looking for a slow-paced but deep, mindful practice? This is the perfect class for you. Take time to relax and unwind via an exploration of mindful movement, connecting to ourselves, to our body and breath. Feel totally nourished and renewed!
Each class includes meditation, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana practice (yoga postures) and closes with a nourishing relaxation practice or Yoga Nidra.
