Mindful Hatha yoga with Laura Zoom

A slow paced and deep, mindful practice. We will connect to ourselves, to our body and breath, though an exploration of movement and Asana, as well as yogic philosophy. Each class includes meditation, Pranayama, Asana, and relaxation, linked to a weekly theme.
