Mindful Hatha yoga with Laura

A slow paced but deep, mindful practice. We will connect to ourselves, to our body and breath, though an exploration of movement and Asana, as well as yogic philosophy. Each class includes meditation, Pranayama, Asana, and relaxation, linked to a weekly theme.
