Yin yang yoga class - postures, breathing, relaxation, all welcome, give what you can or enjoy for free.
My teaching style has developed into Yin/Yang Yoga. 'Yin' Yoga activity is slow, steady with a sense of core softness and surrender. A range of supported postures are held for around 3-5 minutes which penetrates deep into connective tissue, expanding flexibility and aiding healing.
The 'Yang' Yoga activity is mobile, strong and dynamic. It will contain a sequence of postures flowing into each other, and postures held for around 5 breaths. It develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility and maintains core.
