Hatha yoga - Shelly online

All are very welcome for a hatha yoga class, incorporating a balance of strength and flexibility to benefit the whole self. There is an emphasis on staying present through the awareness of breath, physical sensation, and observation of thoughts and distractions. The perfect end to your day; leaving the physical body strong and open, the mind clear, and a sense of peace and joy/love from within. By listening to all the subtleties of our many layers, we let go and experience “being”. Classes are taught through zoom and bookable through www.yogaspiral.co.uk
A link for the class will be automatically sent with your confirmation email. Recordings of the classes are also available if you are unable to make the live class.
If you have a class pass, then please just email me requesting to join the class and I will send you the link.
