A gentle, friendly class suitable for absolute beginners and anyone looking for a more gentle practice. Each session includes a mix of classic Hatha Yoga asana (yoga postures) and movement practices, with a focus on mindfully exploring and improving mobility, balance and strength for a healthy and happy body, mind and soul.
