I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, however the classes also have a 'Yin/Yang' feel to them. This class is suitable for beginners becoming intermediates. We tend to practice more advanced poses during the sessions, but the stronger asanas are fully guided and supported.
In these classes we explore different breathing techniques that help to support and align the body, especially during the postures and dynamic movement.
I have taught Yoga for almost 10 years; teaching has always brought me immense joy, especially when I see a student go from strength to strength.
