A nourishing vinyasa flow where you can expect a steady flow of postures, sequencing and
breath work. Adaptations always offered so you can find the flow that suits you. Come as you are: stiff and creaky or strong and supple and anywhere in between – you are all welcome! Just bring your body and a mat, and the rest will take care of itself.
Suitable for all levels but a little yoga experience is helpful for a vinyasa class.
