A friendly Hatha yoga class, where you can relax and explore the joys, challenges, and rewards of yoga - and leave feeling nurtured and renewed. Through asana (physical poses) pranayama (breathwork ) and relaxation, we strengthen and open the body, find quiet within the mind and rebalance our energies.
My focus is on being present and connected to our self, and bringing yoga into our every day.
We all have an abundance of wisdom, beauty and clarity within ourselves. All we ever need, we already own. By connecting to ourselves, we open the gateway within.
Classes are suitable for beginners, and for those who already have a regular practice or returning to yoga. All are very welcome.
