A friendly Hatha flow yoga class, where poses gently flow on to each other, building up strength & flexibility. This is a slightly longer class, so after building up strength and energy in our asana (poses), we have time to explore pranayama ( breathwork) and more restorative/quieter poses before a delicious nurturing savasana (relaxation). Through these practices we strengthen and open the body, find quiet within the mind and rebalance our energies.
My focus is being present and connected to our self, finding joy and a sense of humour in our practice, and bringing these tools into our everyday.
We all have an abundance of wisdom, beauty, and clarity within ourselves. All we need, we already have. By connecting to ourselves, we open the gateway within.
All are very welcome, and class passes are accepted for studio & zoom.
