Welcome to the Saturday evening chillout zone - time to unwind! I hope you can join me. Each class starts with relaxation and a short meditation, followed by a gentle, (mostly) floor-based Asana practice, and more relaxation to close. Classes may also include Pranayama and weave in little bits of yoga philosophy. Accompanied by a relaxing soundtrack.

As I am a student teacher, classes are free.
