Introduction to breathing, moving and relaxing – all welcome

A gentle yoga class suitable for complete beginners. Laura will help guide you through the basics and allow you to explore yoga at your own pace and in a way that suits you. Each class will include Asana (yoga poses) and Pranayama (breathing exercises), and will close with relaxation. £5 per class. Laura would be very happy to hear from you if you have any questions about starting yoga –
