Our Classes
We have more than 25 classes of yoga every week and different workshops most weekends. There’s something to suit everyone from beginners to well seasoned yogis including Ashtanga with Nick on Monday evening, after school children’s yoga and family session on Sunday morning once per month with Cessally as well as Tai Chi and kick boxing with Mark.
We offer a wide variety of classes including gentle, ordinary and beginners, Meditation, Vinyasa flow, modified Pilates, Sunrise and Yin.
We also have yoga classes for mums and mums to be – Pregnancy and Post natal with Trudi.
