We are a friendly independent yoga studio in Uckfield, East Sussex

Uckfield is a small market town with ample free parking close by and easily accessible by train and road. We are still offering some of our classes on Zoom as well as face to face at the studio, all details are on the timetable page.

Our Studio

A great deal of thought has gone into providing you with the best possible environment to practice Yoga. The studio is clean, warm and spacious giving you a sense of calm the moment you walk through the door. We can provide mats, bolsters, blankets, belts, eye bags and blocks or you can bring your own.

Our Classes

We have about 25 classes  every week and different workshops most weekends. There’s something to suit everyone from beginners to well seasoned yogis including various styles of yoga – power, ordinary, gentle, vinyasa and Nidra plus tai chi, qi gong, Pilates and Barre.

We offer a wide variety of workshops including monthly yin with Shelly, restorative with Sarah, gong bath with Clare plus visiting teachers.

We also have yoga classes for mums and mums to be – Pregnancy and Post natal with Trudi.

About Yoga
