11:30 am: Yoga for children with autism & special needs - Cessally11:30 am: Yoga for children with autism & special needs - Cessally11:30 am – 12:30 pm A new fortnightly class for children with ASD or special needs and their families. At the class we will explore poses and connect with our breath. Most importantly we will introduce the children to meditation and relaxation and we will share some lovely exercises that calm the nervous system and help with self regulation. The studio will be set up so that if a child doesn’t want to be in a group they can enjoy their own space and they are welcome to join the group at anytime. I’m also hoping the sessions will give the parents and carers a well deserved chance to rest, if only for a few minutes! Sessions are £6 per person. |
