PREGNANCY YOGA

The ancient system of yoga promotes mental and physical well being and balance which is very helpful during times of change. We can adapt the practices to suit the growing body so we use chairs, walls and floor to gently open body and mind while being supported and safe.

Learn how to breathe, stretch and relax so you feel healthy and happy.

All welcome from 12 weeks to birth.

I have mats, blankets and blocks for you to use. Please wear stretchy clothes.
