The ancient system of yoga promotes mental and physical well being and balance which is very helpful during times of change. We can adapt the yoga practice to suit the growing body so we use chairs, walls and floor to gently open body and mind while being supported and safe.

This unique, all encompassing course will cover everything you and your partner need to know to mentally, physically and emotionally prepare for birth, including the stages of labour, explanation of possible medical interventions, how to make informed choices, essential tips for your birth partner and how to use your breath, yoga and relaxation practices to help during the birth. Created in conjunction with expert midwives and delivered by an experienced doula with over a decades experience of supporting women, this course is designed to help both you and your birth partner understand all about your body, your baby and your birth. £150 per couple.
