Grace Annand, Uckfield Yoga.

I went to my first yoga class 20 years ago and after 6 months in India in 1999 and the birth of my daughter in 2001, I began training as a yoga teacher and I have not stopped. My aim is to share the joy and benefits of yoga with the people of  Uckfield in friendly and accessible classes where everyone is welcome.

My yoga practice started with  Lin Bridgeford doing Ashtanga Vinyasa and I have also done Scariavelli inspired classes with Sarah Bristow as well as hot yoga, yogaflows, and general Hatha yoga. I now have private lessons with Penelope in the Krishnamacharya tradition and I am trying to learn handstand. I enjoy the physical aspects of yoga and I also like to bring the philosophical ideas into my classes because yoga is a way of life and includes moral guidance, breathing, meditating and more.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, my personal and professional approach will put you at ease and help you to recognise that following the path of yoga is a lifetime pursuit in which inspiring guidance can make all the difference
